Customer Reviews

I would highly recommend Michael C. Graham & Son as a roofing contractor. Michael thoroughly explained his quote and we were very impressed by his knowledge. The crew was respectful of our property, worked efficiently, and left the yard spotless. A truly professional operation.

After struggling with severe ice dams every winter in Syracuse, the Graham team completely overhauled our roof and ventilation. We haven't had a single icicle or leak since. Worth every penny to hire the experts.

Four generations of experience really shows. They stripped our old, failing roof down to the wood, replaced several sheets of rotten plywood that other quotes didn't even mention, and installed a beautiful new architectural shingle system. Excellent communication throughout.

We had wind damage after a severe lake-effect storm. They responded quickly, provided a fair and honest estimate, and had the roof watertight before the next snow hit. Honest, hardworking family business.

The siding and seamless gutters they installed completely transformed the look of our home. Their attention to detail around the windows and corners was impressive. The crew clearly takes pride in their craft.

No high pressure sales pitch. They told us exactly what we needed and what we didn't. The final price matched the estimate perfectly. The new roof looks fantastic and has already survived its first heavy Syracuse winter with zero issues.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Finding a contractor you can trust is difficult, but Michael C. Graham & Son lived up to their sterling reputation. The clean-up was so thorough you wouldn't even know they had been there.
